Drive Standard Garage plans to offer AI-assisted tools, such as an AI Sim Engineer that suggests gear for a budget, helps with force feedback settings and sketches an upgrade path. AI features are not live yet; this disclaimer applies to any AI feature once it is available.

In short: AI output is a starting point for your own judgment, not an authority.

  • Drive Standard Garage is owned and operated by Drive Standard Brand™ LLC.
  • References throughout these legal documents to “Drive Standard Garage,” “Drive Standard Brand,” “Go Gear Drives,” “we,” “our” or “us” refer to the same affiliated organization unless otherwise specified.
  • Drive Standard Garage is a community platform created and maintained by Drive Standard Brand™.
  • Go Gear Drives is the official media and educational channel associated with Drive Standard Garage and Drive Standard Brand™ LLC.

1. AI output is informational only

  • AI output is general information and opinion — not professional, technical, engineering, safety, financial or legal advice — and creates no advisory relationship with Drive Standard Brand LLC.
  • It does not replace the manufacturer's manual, documentation, warranty terms or support. Where they conflict with AI output, the manufacturer wins.
  • AI can be outdated, incomplete or confidently wrong, including invented product names, specifications, prices and settings ranges, and the same question can produce different answers. Treat any factual, price or compatibility claim as unverified until you check it.
  • We make no promise that AI-generated settings, setups, recommendations or practice plans will improve your lap times, consistency, results or ranking. Setup preference is highly individual.
  • Please report bad or unsafe AI output to support@drivestandardgarage.com.

2. Safety and your setup decisions

  • Force feedback strength, damping, pedal curves, brake force and motion intensity affect comfort, safety and hardware longevity. Start conservative, change in small steps, and note previous values so you can revert.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, strain or dizziness, or if hardware overheats, makes unusual noise or behaves unpredictably.
  • Never use AI suggestions to exceed rated limits, bypass safety features, or modify high-voltage, mains or motion equipment. For structural mounting, wiring or motion actuation, consult a qualified professional.
  • Every change to your vehicle setup, hardware configuration or rig assembly is your decision, and you are responsible for your safety, the safety of people nearby and the condition of your equipment.

3. Data, availability and liability

AI features rely on third-party AI service providers, so prompts you submit and the context needed to answer them may be transmitted for processing. Do not enter personal information, credentials or confidential material. Before launch we will name the providers, describe retention, and state whether anything is used for model training, here and in the Privacy Policy.

AI features may be limited, rate-limited, changed, paused or withdrawn at any time, may be labeled beta, may be offered only to premium members, and may reference third-party products — in which case the deals and listings section of our Terms of Use and the affiliate disclosure in our Privacy Policy apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive Standard Brand LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, equipment damage or lost time arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated output. The disclaimers and liability limits in our Terms of Use apply in full. This disclaimer will be finalized before AI features launch; changes appear below.
