Drive Standard Brand LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects members of Drive Standard Garage to do the same. Because Drive Standard Garage hosts member-submitted content, we keep a simple, open process for asking us to remove something.

You do not need an account. Use the form on this page, or email support@drivestandardgarage.com with the same information.

Request content removal

Ask us to remove content — no account needed

Use this form if you believe content on Drive Standard Garage infringes your copyright or other rights, or should be removed for another reason. You can also email support@drivestandardgarage.com with the same information. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

We review each request and use reasonable discretion. Submitting a request does not automatically mean the content is removed, and we may ask you for more detail.

Ownership & brand relationship

  • Drive Standard Garage is owned and operated by Drive Standard Brand™ LLC.
  • References throughout these legal documents to “Drive Standard Garage,” “Drive Standard Brand,” “Go Gear Drives,” “we,” “our” or “us” refer to the same affiliated organization unless otherwise specified.
  • Drive Standard Garage is a community platform created and maintained by Drive Standard Brand™.
  • Go Gear Drives is the official media and educational channel associated with Drive Standard Garage and Drive Standard Brand™ LLC.

1. How to ask us to remove content

Send a removal request using the form on this page, or email support@drivestandardgarage.com. Please include:

  • Your name.
  • An email address we can reply to.
  • A description of the work, image or other right at issue.
  • The page address (URL) of the Drive Standard Garage content, or enough detail for us to find it.
  • Why you are asking us to remove it.
  • Confirmation that the information you have given us is accurate.

Please note

Requests without the page address or a clear description take longer, and we may not be able to act on them. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information — we do not need them.

This page describes our own review process. It is not legal advice and does not limit any rights you may have.

2. How we handle a request

  • We review requests as they arrive and may ask you for more detail before deciding.
  • Where removal or restriction is appropriate, we remove, hide or disable access to the content.
  • We use reasonable discretion: a request does not automatically result in removal, and we may decline requests that are unclear, mistaken or outside this policy. We may also remove content on our own initiative under our Terms of Use.
  • We tell the member their content was removed and why in general terms. We do not publish your request, and we keep an internal record of requests and actions taken.

3. If your content was removed

If we removed something you posted and you believe that was a mistake, or that you hold the rights needed to use it, email support@drivestandardgarage.com from the address on your account and tell us what was removed, where it appeared, and what rights or permission you hold. We will look again and restore it if we agree, and may keep it offline while we review.

4. Reporting from inside the site

Signed-in members can also report any listing, deal, review, rig, car build, guide or comment in place using the report control on that item. Reports reach moderators with the context attached, and moderators can hide content while a report is reviewed. This is a convenience, not a requirement — anyone can use the form above or email us instead.
